Document the alwaysClone* configuration fields #31

Documentation is missing for the alwaysCloneTop, alwaysCloneBottom, alwaysCloneLeft and alwaysCloneRight configuration fields.

Only alwaysCloneTop is the only one currently implemented (which is why the others aren't documented). The alwaysCloneTop isn't documented as I'm not yet happy with the implementation. See #17. I'm going to close this bug as I think it is covered by #17.
