Documentation still says FixedHeader can be used without DataTables #37

According to the comments in #28, FixedHeader can no longer be used without DataTables. That being the case, probably best to remove "Works without DataTables if you just want a plain table" from this page: http://datatables.net/extensions/fixedheader/ :-)
