Added offsetLeft option #54

The offsetLeft option behaves similarly to offsetTop and is useful for pages with fixed side navbars.

Thanks for this! However, I've actually dropped the ability to fixed columns from the next version of FixedHeader - which is available in the 3 branch. It was not a feature that was used very often and added a lot of complexity. So this probably isn't something I'll merge in at this time I'm afraid.

Yup - fixed columns are gone in v3, so I'm afraid this isn't something I can pull in any more.
