_resizeAuto footer size bug #79

Small bugfix where footer was not considered into the size of the table causing overflow. This was caused by the footer being assumed to be the same as header.

Oops - thanks! Its trivial I know, but I'll ask anyway - are you happy for this to be included under the MIT license?
