I have been trying different ways to implement but would appreciate if it has been provided as a built in functionality.

TableTools is no longer being developed, having been replaced by the Buttons extension for DataTables.

There isn't currently an option in either TableTools or Buttons to export multiple tables. That is something that I will look at adding in future.
