Wrong reference in Readme.txt #43

In your Readme.txt you say: "...place the unzipped TableTools package into a extensions directory in the DataTables package...", but there's no extensions directory in DataTables 1.9.4.

The extensions directory was called extras in 1.9- and has been renamed for clarify in 1.10+. 1.10 is in beta, so that has been the focus for all development recently, hence way the read me says what it does. However, TableTools 2.2 is compatible with 1.9, so I've updated the read me to note the old style directory name.
