Setup VPN Azure

We need to setup a multi-subscription VPN on azure. This will be used to setup a mesosphere cluster

I evaluate how the configuration works. I put all the documentation at the wiki. Here there are my conclusions:

After an evaluation of the network configuration there are several concerns.

1. VMs in the same zone such as North Europe, Central US can see each other
2. VNet are useful only if you need to make vms from different area to communicate each other
3. There is documentation on how to create a VNet-to-VNet network but anyone analyze how to create a multiple network configuration apart this.
4. Now We are going to create VMs in the same area that is West Europe that is in Netherland, NorthEurope is in Ireland.
5. We need to setup another task to evaluate how to create a secure multi-subscription network
