Evaluate to move init_vm.sh script to a not private repo

Due to the fact that the "projects" repo is private, we need a token to download the script. This token became invalid after a while. To solve we need to move that script to a non private repo. There are no sensible data in that script:

• the public rsa key.
• a common user password that is useless without the private rsa key and that it is advisable to change at first login.
