units_of_measurement modifications

We're implementing some logic into the vizbuilder that is specific to each type of units_of_measurement, so in that vein we'd like to standardize some of the names we use (it's mostly changing a lot of measures to be just "People" instead of the specific type of people).

• [x] change "Occupied Households" to just "Households" (ACS plumbing and kitchen tables)
• [x] change "Number of Borrowers" to "People" (default rate cubes)
• [x] change "Deaths" to "People" (multiple health cubes)
• [x] change "Employment" to "People" (bls_growth_occupation)
• [x] change "Jobs" to "People" (bls_growth_industry)
• [x] change "Students" to "People" (ipeds_admissions)
• [x] change "Instructional employees" to "People" (ipeds_salaries_instructional)
• [x] change "Noninstructional employees" to "People" (ipeds_salaries_noninstructional)
• [x] change "Number of loans" to "Loans" (ipeds_sfa_university)
• [x] change "Enrolled students" to "People" (ipeds_enrollment)
• [x] change "Bachelors degrees completed" to "Degrees" (ipeds_graduation_timeframe)

@davelandry sounds good. Though regarding "Deaths", lets keep this as a distinct unit of measurement to preserve the red coloring of the measure like on the current Data USA

@jspeis we don't color based on units_of_measurement, but on the name of the measure itself :-)
