hide additional variables in map

There are some additional variables that look like they should be hidden in map based on the way the numbers look:

• [x] Commute Means
• [x] Commute Means by Gender (2x)
• [x] Total Commute Time (shows up twice, can we hide one?)

One of the Total Commute Time is by gender, the other is by transportation. Do you still prefer to hide one? Or rename something?
