SOC/NAICS/CIP/University profiles should use PUMS 1-year for vizs/stats #245

from xenium to yellowstone it looked like something changed and these profiles are using 5 year instead of 1 year estimates? we should use PUMS 1 almost everywhere on SOC/NAICS/CIP like on the current datausa

this is an easy swap for the front-end. I've already pushed the fix, but will keep this open until it's confirmed on zion

also updated title to reflect that university profiles workforce section also should use 1-year

@jspeis just pushed it live to zion. The logic only goes to the 5-year estimates if:

  1. If a geographical cut is present and it's population is less than 250,000
  2. A drilldown by "Tract" is present
  3. You are querying the acs_ygpsar_poverty_by_gender_age_race tables and are cutting by something deeper than Nation

Does that sound right? If it is, and what you see on zion looks good to you, then let's close this issue.

looks ok to me
