Great work @innerstage getting the data updated! I'll create a separate issue for validation and testing

@innerstage seems like some data is missing in the postgres server. Would you be able to double check the ACS 5 year tables in postgres and confirm whether they all have the 2018 ACS 5 year data for all geographies?
