Create Connection Injection image #42

The functionality to inject connections in a workflow requires a container for the connectionprovider CLI. This needs to be set up.

What might be a nice option is to create a unified CLI with two commands: Manager and connection-provider. That saves us from having to build multiple images and we can just reuse the KubeETL image.
