rubyforge.org is dead.

Thanks for the pull request! I hadn't actually realized that Rubyforge is dead, even though it's apparently been gone for years now...

I'll update the remainder of the project's metadata, and probably push out a new point-release so it's displayed properly on Rubygems.org.
