Pull latest version of jQTouch #100

I'm closing this pull request for two reasons.

  1. The reason I haven't updated my fork to senchalab's current code is because it brakes my extensions.
  2. This request is not from a fork of my code. If you want to help me bring the DZ/jQT repo up to date please for my repo, help me update my extensions to work with zepto and native scrolling and then submit a pull request.
