That looks good. But if I pull in your changes the default bottom location is foobared. Could you try adding code to check a variable or setting for the tabbar position?

it wasn't a real pull request, it was just a code review I wanted last week before we (Signature Digital) got you in on the project. Any changes we make should be done under the signaturedigital isleofman project anyway. Thanks :)
