Ajax "GET example" broken in demos - ajax loaded pages appear shifted UP about 10 pixels. #40

this is still broken with the lastest code in the repo. It appears anypages loaded via ajax shift upwards.

My position is that I only support fullscreen apps (apps added to the homescreen) because of the constant hiding/unhiding of the address bar, not to mention the developer's console log notification area! If I have time this weekend I'll see what I can do. You guys could always fork my repo, fix the issue and request a pull.
