css issue in web-OS #53

Well finally I got around to trying this stuff in webOS. I notice the active element in the tab bar is not using the mask. I seem to remember talking about htis in the past regarding android.

I got that fixed for 'droid a couple of months ago. I don't have a webOS machine to do any testing on. I'll have to research this yourself.
