Form Issues #79

On iPhone when on a form, if you flip to portrait view and try to drag to see the bottom of the form, the form is cut off. It only happens when you try to drag from within the form, if you drag on the far edges of the screen, it works fine.

The other issue is on Android, when on a form, landscape view and you begin to type, the form starts bouncing up and down.

I don't know what may be causing those issues. I just updated to iScroll 1.4.9. Try that please.
