Precondition:

Schema for annotation project already created
No annotation started in project

Content:

User can adjust schema as long as no annotations are made
Check if schema is fixed
Update schema and schema constraints in database

Postcondition:

Sucess: Schema is changed
Failure: Error is returned.

Acceptance Criteria:

Check if schema is fixed
Endpoint to update schema
