Precondition:

User has a new or in progress document annotation

Content:

User can create new entities
Check that no duplicates (same mention in different entities) are created: delete existing entitie-mention pair
Create Endpoint to create new entities

Postcondition:

Success: New entities stored in database

Acceptance Criteria:

Endpoint to create new entities is created
Check that no duplicates can be created
