Analysis of standard license use #14

We need a chart to visualize how widespread the use of standard licenses is. Since there are only two variables (standard license = true or false), I'm thinking of having 3 pie charts: for licenses, datasets and occurrences. All should show exact numbers.

As discussed: I'll drop licenses and create a pie chart for datasets and occurrences

The chart is now done, the only thing left to do is dynamically push/pull the JSON data.
