polygon-opacity < 1 creates new colours #22

The CartoCSS conditions (e.g. section_3_pct <= 80) are applied additive (like CSS), which creates a problem if the polygon-opacity is less than 1, since the colours get mixed. This is also the case in the CartoCSS suggested by the CartoDB wizard.

The polygon-opacity could be set to 1, but then the baselayer is no longer visible.

On second thought, it is probably caused by not aggregating the data. :flushed:
