[BUG] If there are no rows, displaying columns is not responsive #28

Describe the bug

If there are no rows, displaying columns is not responsive.

It cannot be possible scroll horizontally.

Whith data (good): image

Without data (bad): image

Windows 11 - PostgreSQL
