Change of production cost and other issues #243

Change of production cost feature is implemented, including

changes of prod cost graph
update of tests
adjustment of production cost for new player joining late (to their prod. cost will be added the accumulated change in production cost)
update of player messages (now we mention the trader's possibly new cost in the message)

Other features

fewer decimals on alpha, beta, theta
longer productnames allowed
new Makefile commands for testing
