why did it happen like this ?

You we're making too many requests and the instagram bots or whatever noticed and temp blocked your account that you were using You can either making another burner/dummy(assuming you were using one already) or log in on the actual insta website and complete the challenge.

To complete the challenge you can either go to official website and login with account or follow that link in your error message ("ClientError checkpoint_challenge_required (Code: 400, Response: {"message": "challenge_required", "challenge": {"url": "https://i.instagram.com/challenge/AXEpkH87Ge7d7UsFj4NYAXpY83TbjrmuDZs_HpNDScsfHVdpoq7axNv36tD36fRQDLNcTFg/ohGazu53yp/")

I had the same issue and I couldn't be bothered making more accounts so I completed the challenge and it worked. Everything on my account was working and the osintgram tool was working.

But since I missed messages and I want to help people I'm going to start logging periodically hopefully to catch any messages to me.
