Im using python 3.9.0 on Windows 2004 I tried visual studio code and powershell

I keep getting an error

"ImportError: cannot import name 'encodestring' from 'base64' (C:\Users\hugob\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python39\lib\base64.py)"

Hi @hugonh where you placed Osintgram files? Can you try use Python 3.7?
