[x] reduce wordiness
[ ] Address the Anaconda installation issue at DEP/Citywide

@datapolitan Are you planning on asking DEP about what Anaconda installation looks like?

@ebrelsford I've already reached out to the client to ask and haven't received a response. I don't think they know exactly what I was asking and we might need to ask when we're onsite.
