VLOOKUP needs easier on-ramp #15

@lizdumont This is an anxiety-inducing moment. I know we jump into it in ETSD, but we have the luxury of doing something more simple. I think you could do a simple join. Look back at the old Intro VLOOKUP exercise for inspiration on how this could be done

@lizdumont I don't consider Transfer multiple workbooks into sheets in the same workbook on this slide to be a good practice. You're effectively creating a copy of the data and if the original updates, then you have to update the copy. Better to reference the original and when the original changes, the VLOOKUP will update when you open the file. Does this make sense?

@datapolitan that's fine. It was a recommendation by Mark but I'm impartial. It's been deleted.
