Vis Display visible when no data is available for filtered range #189

Describe the bug

When no data is available for the given time range, the X symbol appears correctly, but the display of the vis is still visible.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. View Vis
  2. Filter for time range without data
  3. See display still there

Expected behavior

The display is not visible or has information about the reason for the X.
