Remove ads on docs #74

Switch to a paid plan on readthedocs so we don't have ads on our docs.

New RTD.com (not .org) hosted docs are here: https://tamr-tamr-client.readthedocs-hosted.com/en/stable/ .

Currently, we are on a trial period, but will have to pay for a subscription plan once that expires.

The RTD.com-provided domain is on readthedocs-hosted.com so we have 2 options:

In either case, we will probably have to update links to the documentation where ever they are referenced (e.g. docs.tamr.com).

@JuliaMalkin ^ we can coordinate this transition together.

We could consider moving to Docusaurus as an alternative to ReadTheDocs.

Features:

We will need to investigate how to generate the reference docs separately and tie them into Docusaurus.

Alternatively, just build docs and publish as a dedicated docs branch via Github Action for Github Pages.
