feat: Admin button to send mail to all event participants #516

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently there is no easy way to send emails to all attendees of an event.

Describe the solution you'd like A button in the event admin to send and email to all event participants.

Additional context Probably easiest to make it a mailto:// link until #506 is implemented. After that it would be neat to have it link and autofill a mass mailing form.

Emails should always be sent as BCC to not leak personal information(names, email addresses)

This may not be desirable due to sending limits (currently 500 emails/recipients per day), alternatives may be way more expensive
