Support multi-source Effectivity Satellite #252

This implements effectivity satellites with multiple sources for use with links with multiple sources. As such, it fixes #131.

I've verified it works on a number of effsats.

Please let me know if there is anything you would like me to change, or if there is anything else I can do to get this merged.
