Users not having access to SSO covered by Feide/eduGAIN, should be able to login via ORCID.
[ ] Users must be able to log in using their ORCID user name and password.
[ ] User information (name, email, affiliation, ORCID) will be passed on to Dataverse.
Alternatively, those users will still need to get the user accounts created using local authentication.
