Responsive issues

There's something weird going on with the table responsive design, as it grows a lot when the page shrinks and it doesn't let you see the footer. I'm not sure what styles have changed so I didn't want to dive deep on it. Let's find a time next week to talk about it and consolidate the responsive style efforts.
