This PR includes a new feature into vizbuilder, that allows selects for subnational states/provinces in the cubes where we have subnational datasets. The vizbuilder "guess" if a country selected is a subnational candidate, and adds a new selector for regions/states/provinces. Subnational Vizbuilder only enables Treemap / Stacked / Line / Geomap.
