improves multihierarchy selector fuzzy search #146

This PR updates the default fuzzy search function for the SelectMultiHierarchy component. It also corrects a bug on the way it prevents duplicates to appear, and adds a new property to allow customization of the right side labels. This PR also adds a small optimization to the paywall feature introduced time ago.
