New update!

CHN provinces map working.
BRA municipalites working map smaller filesize (1.1Mb), linked with IDs (there is one gaps but because there is no data).
Landing index with flags (idea).
Custom projections for ESP() & USA(with Puerto Rico)
Fixes CSS

Warning: there are changes in package.json and package-lock.json.
