Once #61 is merged which adds Github Actions integration to automatically publish an image to DockerHub, we should add an additional step which logs onto the server and pulls the latest docker image so that the new code is automatically deployed. This should also re-trigger an import of at least the states for which the scrapers have changed, if not all of them.
