Updated Berlin scraper #81

As of Jan 2021 the number of scraped schools is equal to the number of schools found in source (1407). So everything should be fine after our fixes. Source -> https://www.berlin.de/sen/bildung/schule/berliner-schulen/schulverzeichnis/SchulListe.aspx

Nice, this looks really good to me. I also tested it locally for some schools and it seems to run just fine. @cyroxx or @knutator2 feel free to merge unless you see any problems with it.

As I said in our call, I would appreciate it if we could use Github's Squash and merge option to keep our git history nice and clean :)
