deleted get_mv() and get_nrw()
added missing spiders in imports and crawl() => all 16 Bundeslaender will be run as spiders that use normalize()

We have replaced the run script with the ./scrape_all.sh shell script. We will keep this PR open for now as a reminder that we should delete the run.py entirely once all other PRs are merged.

As commented above, we want to get rid of the run.py entirely so I am closing this PR. Thank you nevertheless!
