This changes the filtering strategy: instead of setting the displayed
property on the schools we actually narrow down the array by using
.filter now.
Note: it does not seem to work properly because it uses the new programs.working_groups path for the workinggroups but the data on the server still has it under profile. We need to run the build script again and push this data to the server to properly test this.
