Complain about video-presentations of other users (CO-1) #13

Role - User

Preconditions:

  1. user logged in

Description:

  1. All users video-presentations shall contain button "Complain"
  2. The user is able to press the button "Complain" under the video-presentation of any user
  3. System shall notify administrator about the complain
