Adding new event to the calendar (CA-2) #23

Role: - User

Precondition: user logged in user opened calendar

Description:

  1. user is able to add new event to the calendar
  2. user is able to fill in the required field "Name of the event"
  3. user is able to fill in required fields "Period" of the event
  4. if the user did not fill in a required fields, the system does not allow to add the event and underline the empty field.
  5. user is able to specify location of the event
  6. user is able to invite user(-s) from matching list
  7. user is able to send notifications to the selected users about details of the event: date, name of the event, location
  8. system shall send notification about confirmation or rejection of invitation from selected user(-s)
  9. user is able to set up a notification about upcomming event by selecting the period for which it is necessary to notify himself
  10. user completes adding an event

Required field: Add event Select event period (Date) Select event location Invite other users from the list of my matches is not an event Send them notifications to invitees Set Reminder Pick a time to remind me
