Role: User

Preconditions: User is logged in

Description:

  1. The user can access the technical support chat from the main menu of the application
  2. The user is able to receive a notification when a technical support administrator responds to their message.
  3. If the user leaves a message in the technical support chat outside of working hours, they should receive a notification that their message will be read and processed during the next working hours.
