Role: User

Preconditions: User is logged in

Description:

  1. The chat with the tech support bot should be easily accessible from the application's interface.
  2. Upon starting the chat, the bot should provide a clear and welcoming message indicating that it is the tech support bot.
  3. The bot should be able to understand and respond to common user queries and issues.
  4. The bot should provide relevant and helpful responses, guiding the user towards resolving their problem or directing them to the appropriate resources.
  5. The chat interface should allow for smooth and seamless communication with the bot, with appropriate input fields for the user to enter their queries.
  6. The bot should be able to handle concurrent user chats and provide timely responses.
  7. In case the bot is unable to address the user's issue, it should provide an option to escalate the chat to a human support representative.
  8. The chat history should be maintained, allowing the user to refer back to previous conversations if needed.
  9. The user should have the option to end the chat at any time and receive a confirmation message upon doing so.
