Preconditions: User is logged in

Description:

  1. User is able to open the FAQ section on the main page of the application.
  2. When the link is clicked, the user should be taken to a page with frequently asked questions and answers.
  3. The list of questions should be organized by categories or topics for user convenience.
  4. The answers to the questions should be clear and informative.
  5. The user should have the option to contact technical support if they cannot find an answer to their question in the FAQ section.
