Role - User

Preconditions: The user is logged in.

Description:

  1. The system shall provide a subscription page or section where users can view and select available subscription plans.
  2. The system shall clearly display the duration and cost of the subscription plan before the user confirms the subscription.
  3. The user is able to see all subscription plans along with their respective benefits and pricing.
  4. The user is able to choose a subscription plan and proceed with the subscription process.
  5. The system shall ensure the security of the user's payment information during the subscription process.
  6. The system shall send to the user a notification upon successful subscription.
  7. The system shall update the user's subscription status to reflect the new subscription.
  8. The user is able to access the premium features for the duration of the subscription.
  9. The user is able to see a list their subscriptions.
  10. The user is able to see the number of days until the end of each their subscription.
  11. The user is able to cancel subscription.
  12. The user is able to renew subscription.
  13. The user is able to contact support with questions related to their subscription.
