Role - TechSupp Admin

Precondition: The TechSupp Admin is logged in.

Description:

  1. The chat should be integrated with the administrator's dashboard to allow for quick and easy access to support requests.
  2. The TechSupp Admin is able to receve notifications of messages from users by chat.
  3. The TechSupp Admin is able to reply to user messages in chat.
