Role - TechSupp Admin

Precondition: The TechSupp Admin is logged in.

Description:

  1. The TechSupp Admin can access the "Appeals" section within the admin panel.
  2. The TechSupp Admin is able to select filters or parameters to customize the generated reports, such as date range, status. The reports include the following information: • Number of appeals received within the selected time frame. • Categories or types of appeals • User information associated with each appeal (username, age, location). • Timestamps of when appeals were filed. • Current status of each appeal (Opened, Pending, On-hold, Solved, Closed, Reopened)
  3. The generated reports are presented in a clear and organized format (tables or graphs)
  4. The TechSupp Admin can export the reports in common file formats for further analysis or sharing with other stakeholders.
